Process

How does the hour transfer system work?

Each month you receive your fresh allocation of hours (5 for Essential, 10 for Premium). All unused hours are automatically transferred for one additional month only. After that, unused hours expire. Your subscription must remain active for hours to transfer.

Do I need to announce larger projects in advance?

We work on a "First Come, First Serve" basis - every customer is equally important. Since we work for multiple clients simultaneously, we ask for 48 hours' notice for physical errands and arrangements with the Premium package.

How does our daily collaboration work?

Contact us via WhatsApp – by text, voice message, or call. We confirm your request, clarify questions, and keep you updated on progress. You can ask questions or make adjustments at any time.

How quickly can I expect a response?

Every request is promptly confirmed during business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) so you immediately know your request has reached us. We then process your tasks reliably and efficiently – we also work in the background outside these hours to fulfill your requests.

How do I submit tasks to you?

The easiest way is via WhatsApp - write to us, send a voice note, or give us a quick call. For recurring tasks, you can also set up a regular schedule.

Is there a free trial period?

No, we offer a non-binding consultation where we discuss your specific needs and explain exactly how we can help you.

How do I track my hour balance?

You receive monthly statements showing your hour allocation, usage, current balance, and which hours are expiring soon. Your current unused hours are also available at any time via WhatsApp.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, there is no minimum contract period. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, remember that canceling means you lose all unused hours.

How long do unused hours last?

Unused hours are transferred for exactly one month, then they expire. For example: January hours can be used in February, but expire at the end of February if not used.

What happens to my unused hours if I cancel?

All unused hours are lost immediately upon cancellation. We recommend using your unused hours before canceling your subscription.

How flexible are the packages and can I customise them?

Our packages adapt to your needs. Upgrades and downgrades are possible at the end of each month. For additional hours, you can purchase extra hours by arrangement. For seasonal fluctuations, we're happy to advise you on the optimal package. Your satisfaction and perfect fit are our top priority.

Can I change my package at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade to another package at any time. The change takes effect the following month.

How does payment work?

After our introductory meeting, you receive a payment link via Stripe. Secure payment is made by credit or debit card. Your chosen subscription is automatically charged monthly - no manual transfers. You receive automatic payment confirmations and have access to your billing history at any time.

How does your time billing work?

Each task takes a minimum of 15 minutes, then billing continues in 5 minute increments.

When are extra hours billed?

Extra hours are billed immediately upon purchase and follow the same expiration rules as regular hours.

How much do extra hours cost?
  • 1 additional hour for Essential package holders: CHF 90 (including transaction fees)
  • 1 additional hour for premium package holders: CHF 140 (including transaction fees)
Can I purchase extra hours if I run out?

Yes, you can buy 1-3 additional hours upon request via WhatsApp when you've used all your monthly and transferred hours.

What happens if I need fewer/more hours in a month?

Unused hours are automatically transferred to the next month, giving you additional flexibility. After one month, unused hours expire – but we remind you 5 days before expiration so you have time to use them. If you need more time, you can use your transferred hours from the previous month or directly request and purchase additional hours with Done.

How credible are the people behind Done.?

Done. is run by professional organisational talents with years of experience. Our founder worked for a Swiss major bank, renowned restaurants, and a law firm – where discretion, reliability, and professionalism are indispensable. We conduct a personal introductory meeting before any collaboration.

How secure is my data?

The protection of your data is our top priority. We use your information exclusively to fulfill your orders. Data is only shared with third parties when necessary to complete your orders. In all other cases, your data is naturally not shared. Further details can be found in our terms and conditions.

What makes Done. different from other concierge services?

Unlike premium concierge services, we focus on realistic, everyday-oriented support. We don't promise to make the impossible possible, but offer reliable help with daily challenges that cost time and energy. Our goal is to give you more freedom for the really important things – not to fulfill impossible wishes.

Why should I get Done.?

Because you gain time for what really matters. Done. takes over the time-consuming research, planning, and organisational tasks that you have to do but don't necessarily want to do yourself. The result? Less stress, less mental load, and more space for what makes you happy.

Can I have multiple people supported with my package?

No, our packages are exclusively tailored to one person. To ensure quality and personal care, we focus on your individual needs. For partners or family, we recommend separate subscriptions.

Do you also support me with my work/job?

No, our services deliberately focus on your private life. We do not take over professional tasks or activities directly related to your job.

How is Done different from other assistance services?

Done. is backed by real people who get to know you personally and know their way around Zurich — for the best possible service. You get a personal contact who learns your preferences. We offer flexible packages without a long contract, and you can reach us via WhatsApp at any time — it's very easy.

How do I cancel my service?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by informing us via WhatsApp or email. We will handle the cancellation in your Stripe account. After cancellation, your service continues until the end of the paid period.
