Process
Each month you receive your fresh allocation of hours (5 for Essential, 10 for Premium). All unused hours are automatically transferred for one additional month only. After that, unused hours expire. Your subscription must remain active for hours to transfer.
We work on a "First Come, First Serve" basis - every customer is equally important. Since we work for multiple clients simultaneously, we ask for 48 hours' notice for physical errands and arrangements with the Premium package.
Contact us via WhatsApp – by text, voice message, or call. We confirm your request, clarify questions, and keep you updated on progress. You can ask questions or make adjustments at any time.
Every request is promptly confirmed during business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) so you immediately know your request has reached us. We then process your tasks reliably and efficiently – we also work in the background outside these hours to fulfill your requests.
The easiest way is via WhatsApp - write to us, send a voice note, or give us a quick call. For recurring tasks, you can also set up a regular schedule.

You receive monthly statements showing your hour allocation, usage, current balance, and which hours are expiring soon. Your current unused hours are also available at any time via WhatsApp.
Yes, there is no minimum contract period. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, remember that canceling means you lose all unused hours.
Unused hours are transferred for exactly one month, then they expire. For example: January hours can be used in February, but expire at the end of February if not used.
All unused hours are lost immediately upon cancellation. We recommend using your unused hours before canceling your subscription.
Our packages adapt to your needs. Upgrades and downgrades are possible at the end of each month. For additional hours, you can purchase extra hours by arrangement. For seasonal fluctuations, we're happy to advise you on the optimal package. Your satisfaction and perfect fit are our top priority.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade to another package at any time. The change takes effect the following month.
After our introductory meeting, you receive a payment link via Stripe. Secure payment is made by credit or debit card. Your chosen subscription is automatically charged monthly - no manual transfers. You receive automatic payment confirmations and have access to your billing history at any time.
Each task takes a minimum of 15 minutes, then billing continues in 5 minute increments.
Extra hours are billed immediately upon purchase and follow the same expiration rules as regular hours.
- 1 additional hour for Essential package holders: CHF 90 (including transaction fees)
- 1 additional hour for premium package holders: CHF 140 (including transaction fees)
Yes, you can buy 1-3 additional hours upon request via WhatsApp when you've used all your monthly and transferred hours.
Unused hours are automatically transferred to the next month, giving you additional flexibility. After one month, unused hours expire – but we remind you 5 days before expiration so you have time to use them. If you need more time, you can use your transferred hours from the previous month or directly request and purchase additional hours with Done.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by informing us via WhatsApp or email. We will handle the cancellation in your Stripe account. After cancellation, your service continues until the end of the paid period.
