My Story
There is always a friend who loves to organise everything. As it turns out, that's me.
Through my hospitality studies and over 10 years in event management, I've built valuable connections, so I have the right contact for every task. Growing up in Zurich, I feel and live in the pulse of this city.
The Inspiration
The inspiration for Done came to me over the years while traveling, where I was able to observe how different cultures actually live in the 'now. '
People from the most diverse places showed me that you don't need to postpone life to enjoy it.
It's a daily decision, a way of being present that happens right now, not later.
Through my Nonno, I spent half my life in Lugano, in the Italian part of Switzerland, where I realised I carry it within me too - this way of living fully.
The Reality
But back in Zurich's hustle, I observed how friends were constantly stressed, always saying "I can't make it work" because their to-do lists never ended. In this career-driven city, we lose our most valuable asset: time. The only thing we can't buy back. And this is exactly where Done. comes in.

Our packages adapt to your needs. Upgrades and downgrades are possible at the end of each month. For additional hours, you can purchase extra hours by arrangement. For seasonal fluctuations, we're happy to advise you on the optimal package. Your satisfaction and perfect fit are our top priority.
